On Monday I will start the European Master in Computational Logic, the first year being spent at the Free University of Bolzano.

What is still missing in Social networks?

Social networks are becoming very popular in these days. There is a large variety of them, from the ones focused on professional networking (LinkedIn), to the ones focused only on social matters (Facebook, MySpace, etc).

In spite of  the grew in popularity of these websites, I still feel that there is a lot of work to be done.

Dell XPS 1330, Nvidia graphic card and Ubuntu

Today my Nvidia graphic card (8400m) got broken for the second time in 4 months. The first time happened way back in May and the notebook was still under warranty. Luckily enough the parts changed under warranty have an additional year of guarantee and now I don’t have to pay any extra for this repair.
